What happens during the initial consultation?

We also use the initial consultation to establish your initial fitness level in order to provise us with an established ‘fitness baseline’. We use this ‘baseline’ to help track your progress as you continue your fitness routine. Be sure to come to this first session prepared for a workout. For more information on how to prepare for your first visit, check out the Getting Started page.
Can I bill Physical Therapy Sessions directly through my Insurance Provider?
Due to the administrative issues and HMO complexities, we are unable to accept any third party payors at this time. Some health plans including indemnity and select PPOs allow patients to submit their invoices for reimbursement.
If you are considering seeking reimbursement through your spouse’s Medical Savings Account (MSA) at work, please let us know and we will be able to provide you with a detailed physical therapy invoice.
