What you’ll need to Get Started:

Define your Fitness Goals
What do you hope to accomplish with your trainer? Strength? Fitness? Better Nutrition? Injury Rehabilitation? Weight Loss? Have specific goals in mind when you come in for your initial visit. We’ll tailor your exercise regimen to help you accomplish those goals quickly and efficiently.

What days and times are convenient for you?
Does your schedule permit you to workout multiple times a week? Are morning or lunchtime hours more convenient for you? Have an idea of your realistic availability and we’ll help you construct a fitness routine to help you accomplish your goals.

Dress intelligently - work out comfortably.
Be sure to wear comfortable, breathable clothing for your workout. Also, quality supportive sneakers are highly reccomended.

Consult Your Physician
Before starting a fitness program, it is highly reccomended that you consult your physician. Please be sure to inform your trainer about any medical conditions you might have during your initial consultation.

Consult Your Insurance Company
If you are joining Future Shapes for Physical Therapy and expect your insurance company to pay for your workout sessions, contact your plan representative and find out what their policy is. Most likely, you’ll need to pay Future Shapes first, then submit your receipts to the insurance company for full or partial reimbursement.
