“My entire life I have worked in the firness industry. As a child I danced until I was in college. At the age of 14 I was choreographing routines for the local women’s aerobic club. I would observe the adults and be amazed how some would reach their goals and others would not. Some people would be full of life and others faded into the day. I have always had a fascination for how the mind and body work together! When I went to college I focused on the psychology of the mind/body connection. It has been and exciting journey which has brought me to Martial Arts and Eastern Philosophy. Life is about learning as much as you can from as many people as possible. I am excited to know we will learn from each other!”
